‼️We have a few new things happening ‼️
🐾 We are in the process of switching over to a new product line! The new product line is a highly used brand in the grooming industry and recommended by many experienced groomers. We are excited to be making the switch to better products for better results! We keep notes on the products we currently use on each dog, and will appropriately match the products to a similar one with the new line. As always, please let us know if your dog has any skin changes or reactions after any grooming session, and we will work with them to figure out exactly what their skin needs!
🐾 We are also switching our scheduling software. We have had some issues with the current software, and we are excited to try a new one that also comes highly recommended by other groomers. We are currently in the process of getting profiles and schedules switched over. Once that is completed we can go live with it, which will start next week! We ask that you be patient with us throughout this transition. Learning how to schedule, create profiles, checkout, etc is going to be slightly stressful and more time consuming until we get used to it.
We are excited about the new software offering a client portal app! Once profiles are switched over, we will send out a message with info on how to create your portal. In the portal you will be able to request/schedule an appointment, sign your form, update info, and more!
