Firework Safety Recap:

1.) Keep pets inside. 🏠

2.) Music or white noise helps. 📢

3.)Thunder Shirts work great. 🌩️

4.) Calming meds AT LEAST 2-3 hours before fireworks start for best effect. 💊

5.) Your pets DO NOT need your hamburgers, hot dogs, BBQ, ribs, bologna, potato salad, baked beans, Mac and cheese, or whatever else you cook this weekend. Be prepared for the consequences if you do .💩

1.) Have an up to date ID on their collar or microchip them in case of escape. ☎️

2.) Keep inside during the duration of fireworks in your area. 🏠

3.) Turn up music or white noise to drown out the sound. 📢

4.) Call us TODAY if your pet needs calming medications for fireworks, do NOT wait until the 4th! 💊📞

Animal Hospital of Milan will be closed Monday, May 26th in observance of Memorial Day. 🇺🇸

Jackson Pet Emergency Clinic will be open from Friday evening until 6:30 AM Tuesday morning. Dr. Leslie will be there working Monday.
