We have a staff meeting today! 🥸

We will be closed for our normal lunch hour and one hour after that. Lunch is from noon until 1pm and our meeting will end at 2pm!

🚧 Also, the road is currently being PAVED! The road is still acting as a one way and you’re allowed to PASS on it when they say! Please watch for the construction workers directions while on your way in for your appointments! 🚧

💥🚧CONSTRUCTION ON WACKERLY!🚧💥

We are currently smacked dab in the middle of roadwork on Wackerly! We are still open but we are at the mercy of the construction team. This roadwork will be 1-2 weeks long. Be aware it is currently working as a one way and changing throughout the day. We understand the possibility of being late for your appointments or surgery day. Please try to leave early for your appointment and if you feel you’ll be behind, give us a call as soon as possible! Share this post with any friends or family that also come to our clinic!

Have you been curious about the air quality and how it affects your pets? With the AIR QUALITY INDEX (AQI) being over 100 most days, we have to monitor how much time we are spending outside ourselves and with our pets.

1. Keep pets inside:
- Minimize exposure! Wildfire smoke contains harmful gases and particles that can cause harm to their respiratory systems.
- Ventilation! Keeping them in a well ventilated room inside is best for them.
2. Limit outdoor time:
- Brief bathroom breaks and avoid exercise! Mini breaks throughout the day instead of letting them roam outside for long periods of time is best for our pets. Do not engage in strenuous activities like heavy running during these smoky conditions.
3. Be aware of symptoms! Watch for respiratory issues, eye irritation and disorientation. Pets with pre-existing conditions like Asthma or heart disease are more susceptible to the effects of smoke.

💥UPDATE!💥 Both cats are pending adoption! I will update this post once they are fully adopted or if they become available again! 🤍

We are looking to help an owner in need of re-homing two cats. They’re a bonded pair and would need to go to a home together. One is Russian Blue in color and the other is Black. The person who is trying to rehome them is highly allergic and needs some help to get her late sister’s cats into a new fur-ever home! We decided to have a little fun this Friday! We held a little funky earrings Friday and wore some fun earrings to work today! We are voting amoungst ourselves on the clinic favorite but we’d love your input!
