This adorable pit bull mix came to see us for an upset tummy, but she still showed up in style wearing her precious “Mommy’s Girl” tutu outfit. 🩷✨

Between the cute outfit, sweet personality, and all the snuggles she happily accepted, Honey quickly became a staff favorite. We’re so glad we could help this beautiful girl start feeling better! 💚🐶

💚🐾 Happy Veterinary Assistants Week! 🐾💚

This week, we are celebrating three incredibly important members of our VidaVet team—Paige, Dan, and Gianna!

This year’s theme, “The Veterinary Health Care Team is Not Complete Without Veterinary Assistants,” could not be more true. Veterinary assistants are at the heart of patient care and the daily flow of a veterinary hospital. From helping restrain and comfort nervous pets, assisting doctors and technicians, preparing treatments and procedures, supporting clients during emotional moments, and keeping the hospital running smoothly behind the scenes—they do it all with compassion, teamwork, and dedication.

Paige, Dan, and Gianna each bring kindness, hard work, and so much heart to our patients and clients every single day. Whether they’re cuddling scared pets, helping during urgent situations, or simply being there for their teammates, their impact is felt in countless ways.

Veterinary medicine simply would not function without amazing assistants like them, and we are so grateful for everything they do for our team, our patients, and our community. 💚

This adorable pug came to see us for vomiting and diarrhea, but even on a not-so-great tummy day, she still managed to melt everyone’s hearts. 🐶✨

This stunning Maine C**n came to see us for some paw swelling and irritation, but even with a sore paw he still managed to look like a total model. 🐱💚

Chai was such a sweet patient, and Ashley loved getting to spend time with him during his visit (and we think he knew exactly how handsome he is the whole time 😌🐾).

We’re happy we could help get him on the road to feeling better—sending lots of love to this beautiful boy! 💛
