MUTT-TROPOLIS PETCARE Boarding & Pet Daycare. We are located in a beautiful park like setting on the private grounds of the home of Elton & Lisa Kennedy in Metropolis, IL. Elton & Lisa have moved back home from Southern California where they ran a high standard pet boarding and daycare center. They are hoping to bring that same quality back to Southern Illinois to make your pets feel right at home.
