🐰 Winters Lops & Hops Sales Policy 🐰
Please be sure to read over our sales policy before purchasing a bunny from us. By placing a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the policies below. Thank you! 😊
✨ Reservations & Deposits ✨
● All bunnies are available on a first come, first served basis.
● A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to reserve a bunny.
● I will not hold a bunny without a deposit.
● If you choose to cancel or back out of your purchase, your deposit will not be refunded.
● If something happens to your bunny while it is in my care, you will have two options:
● Choose a replacement bunny (if one is available), or Receive a full refund.
● I reserve the first right of refusal and may cancel a sale at any time. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund of any money paid.
● I do not tolerate rude, disrespectful, or unprofessional behavior.
● I do not guarantee show or breeding quality/results.
✨ Pricing ✨
● My prices are firm and are not negotiable unless otherwise stated.
● Pricing is based on the bunny’s breed, color, markings, s*x, and overall quality.
● A small discount may be available when purchasing more than one bunny.
✨ Transport ✨
I am happy to work with reputable transporters. If you are new to using transport services, I am happy to help guide you through the process.
Please note:
● Transport must be arranged before placing a deposit.
● The remaining balance for your bunny must be paid at least 3 days before transport.
● A full video of your bunny will be provided before it boards transport.
● Once your bunny has boarded transport, responsibility transfers to the transporter and buyer. I am no longer liable for the bunny after that time.
● Transport companies operate independently and have their own pricing, schedules, and policies.
✨ Bunny Health ✨
Our rabbits are raised with excellent care, proper socialization, and high-quality feed to promote happy, healthy lives.
● Bunnies will leave our rabbitry at 8 weeks of age unless otherwise agreed upon.
● Each bunny will leave in good health and condition to the best of our knowledge.
● Once a bunny leaves our rabbitry, we are no longer responsible for its health, care, or quality of life.
● Rabbits are delicate animals that require proper nutrition, housing, and routine care. It is the buyer’s responsibility to thoroughly research the breed they are purchasing and provide appropriate lifelong care.
● All bunnies will be started on preventative care before going to their new homes.
✨ Pedigrees ✨
● Pedigrees will be provided after the bunny has been paid in full.
● Pedigrees may be sent electronically via Messenger and/or provided as a printed copy at pickup.
● It is the buyer’s responsibility to keep their pedigree in a safe place. While I will do my best to provide another copy if records are still available, replacements cannot be guaranteed.

● Cash (for local pickup only)
Electronic payments must be sent using “Friends & Family” only.

Every bunny goes home with a bunny care bag that includes:
● A small bag of transition feed
● Pedigree (once paid in full)
● Certificate of Birth
