What a week! I had hoped to do more updates throughout the week but we have been so busy! We have had quite a few people stop in and either buy food, buy koi, or just wanted to see what this "store" was all about! There were familiar faces as well as quite a few new ones! LOL

We had a few hiccups and hopefully those will be taken care of here real soon as we moved the larger koi yesterday and they settled into their pool at the store. Took 3 trips and I was so sore and tired after that! But SO happy to get them out of my backyard and off the back porch!

Gary once again has been a HUGE help getting all the filtration set up. We hope to show soon what we did that was unique to setting this all up in such tight quarters!

Thank you for all the support and I will keep posting updates when I can!

We had an amazing week!!!

We moved more koi over this week! Big koi hopefully next week!

Thank you to all that stopped by to buy koi! We sold koi every day this week in the store or online! I am so greatful to our customer's and I need to share some of the gifts that were bestowed apon us! But for now I just have a few pictures.

I was so busy I just now got to sit down and update!!

Wouldn't you believe I was almost late this morning because of traffic!!! My husband said my boss was going to be Mad if I was late! LOL

Had Tina and Linda from our pond group here bright and early as they are going to help with my grand opening in a few more weeks and we bounced around some ideas!

Got a picture of the opening sign and forgot to get a group shot with my daughter and Gary and our new work shirts!

Alan Hanna stopped by and gave Gary a hand with some plumbing so now we have all five pools on the one side up and running! Getting more koi tomorrow to bring over!

I then recieved the most wonderful surprise that I thought was from my husband but turned out the flowers came from Kt Shanafelt!!! ♥️♥️♥️ Thank you SO MUCH KT!!! It really set the day apart! Thank you so much for the support!

We had two customers today! One is a current customer so thank you Jim Gill for stopping by and getting some koi food and a beautiful Gin Rin Shiro Utsuri!! Then a wonderful young couple who have not purchased from me before walked it! They purchased a Kindai Showa Butterfly and a Doitsu Sanke. Thank you Xo!

So today was a great day! And so much more to do!! Can't wait till we get the big koi over!

Two more pools up and running and filled with Suda Butterfly koi! Our Soft opening is on Monday, July 28th starting at 8 am! We are looking to have a bunch of special deals on the koi that are already at the store! We will have a Grand Opening a little later after we have ALL the pools at the store and are all organized.

Please be sure to stop in on Monday and see what we are up to and the vision that we are looking to provide! But PLEASE excuse the mess! LOL

Sorry for late update!!

So we are still scheduled for Soft Opening on Monday the 28th! Lord help us!

We will also have some SWAG available and will be very limited!

3rd pool up and started fill but found small hairline crack so had to dump water to dry out to patch and will fill again tomorrow and hopefully move some koi!

Everything else seems to be running good!

Deep breaths, deep breaths!!! 🤣🤣🤣

Another pond up, running, and koi added!

We are going to push our soft opening another week to July 28th. Was hoping for the 21st but we need time for the systems to be running a little while.

My daughter wanted to do a painting so she did the back door. She is special needs and loves art and I love what she did! So proud of her! She will be a Senior this year!

So keep an eye out for more updates for the soft opening.

The trickle in/trickle out water exchange is working well! The water is on a filtration system that removes Chlorine and other heavy metals. The water is extremely warm coming from the City of Mesa, as another customer of mine has the exact same issue, so not able to do larger water changes in the summer so this will be much better as we will do this water exchange daily during hours of operation and tirn off at night.
