⏰👑 CASTLE LATE FEE & PICKUP/DROP-OFF REMINDER 🏰🐾

Just a quick reminder for all of our Castle Families regarding pickups and drop-offs! ❤️

Everyone receives a 15-minute grace period for their scheduled pickup or drop-off time.

⏰ If you are 15 minutes or more past your scheduled time, a $15 late fee will be added to your balance.

📱 PLEASE SEND YOUR ETA!
When you’re headed to The Castle, please send us a quick ETA so we can be prepared for your arrival and have your pup ready to go.

🐾 Pickups & drop-offs need to be quick. We have several pets in our home who require supervision and attention, so we need to remain focused on the pups currently in our care.

If you have questions, concerns, or anything you’d like to discuss regarding your dog, please feel free to text or call us before or after pickup/drop-off so we can give you the time and attention you deserve without taking our focus away from the pets in our care. ❤️

👑 IMPORTANT CASTLE ANNOUNCEMENT

To all of our current Castle Families and future Castle Families — we’re making a few important changes to our daily hours and pickup/drop-off policies so we can continue providing the best possible care for your pups while maintaining healthy boundaries and a sustainable schedule. ❤️🐾

🏰 THE CASTLE IS OPEN 7AM–7PM

Our standard pickup & drop-off windows are:

🌅 7AM–11AM
🌆 3PM–7PM

Pickups or drop-offs requested outside of these designated windows will be subject to a $10 after-hours fee.

For example, if your regular daycare rate is $35, a stay requiring an after-hours pickup or drop-off would be $45.

Need care that extends beyond our normal hours? 👑
Our Royal Retreat care is $50 per 24 hours and may be the better option for extended stays.

We absolutely love accommodating our Castle Families whenever we can, but as The Castle continues to grow, we have to be intentional about our hours and boundaries. These policies help us maintain the structure, attention, and individualized care your pups deserve — while also giving us the time we need to recharge and continue doing what we love. ❤️
