This past weekend, our incredible community came together for Spread The Warmth. Families of all ages helped build insulated houses for feral cats facing the cold and created enrichment that brought instant joy to our shelter pets. Every cozy shelter built, every Kong filled, and every hour given truly helps change lives.❤️

Not every kitty will have a home this Christmas… so we decided to bring a little bit of the holiday spirit to them. 🎄
Today was their very first time seeing a Christmas tree, sniffing it, pawing at it, and experiencing Christmas the way a cat should.
Every single one of these kitties is adoptable and hoping for a cozy home for the holidays.

🧡💙 Alumni Update - Luna! 🧡💙

Luna, now Aurora, is doing a wonderful job adjusting to her new home! She is full of personality and truly enjoys every moment of the day! She is also doing very well with her training, and her family is amazed by how smart she is! She is so ready to finish her heartworm treatment, so she can be as active as she wants to be! For now, she is enjoying snuffle matts, Kongs, training, and a homemade puzzle box. Her family loves to see her curiosity and watch her solve problems on her own! Afterwards, she seems to love a good snuggle and all the pets! She always greets her family with a big stretch, a wooshy tail wag, and a no bones lean to get the good scritchins! She is the perfect little shadow!

This is Peekaboo 😺💙
This sweet girl was found abandoned in a carrier during freezing temperatures and brought to us by Animal Control back in January. When she first arrived, she was terrified; she barely ate and spent most of her time hiding.

With gentle care and time, Peekaboo slowly began to blossom. Once she feels safe, she’s affectionate, calm, and so grateful for a soft voice and a cozy spot to curl up.

Peekaboo has been adopted and returned a couple of times simply because she’s a shy cat who needs patience and understanding.

Peekaboo would thrive in a quiet home where she can feel safe and secure. She can live with other cats, but she’ll need very slow, thoughtful introductions, or she’d be perfectly happy as an only pet.
