Sheriff Shady reported for field trip duty, and he took his responsibilities very seriously. 🤠🐾
This 10-year-old gentleman hopped in the car with his volunteer buddy and headed out for a warm-weather adventure. He was a good passenger, though he did seem to believe he could offer some expert advice from the backseat if he was allowed to hop up front. Typical distinguished older gentleman behavior.
Once they arrived, Shady got right to work: patrolling the walking paths, investigating the tall grass, sniffing every important clue, and keeping a calm eye on the cars, people, and dogs passing by. None of the activity around him interrupted his very official field trip business.
Shady is 100 pounds of loyal, lovable senior dog charm. He is looking for a calm, respectful home with experienced adopters who understand his boundaries and will give him space around his favorite things like food, toys, and bones. He would do best with older, respectful humans and may prefer to be your one and only pet.
If your couch has been missing a handsome weighted blanket, loyal shadow, and self-appointed sheriff of snack time, Shady may be your guy.
Come meet Shady at the MHHS soon, he suggests high noon. 🌞
