Doggie Shoppe Grooming PROFESSIONAL DOG AND CAT GROOMING .

Hello Everyone,

As you all know, I have had a torn meniscus for the past several months now, which inhibited my ability to groom all your cats and doggies and do what I love most. This past year has been extremely tough for me because of my injuries but I want to say with great happiness that my knee is on the mend, and I am now back to grooming.

As I continue to heal, I am now able to groom all cats and dogs for haircuts only and would need for you to stay for your animal's comfort and to help lift them on the table. I will be offering a price break because of these limitations. Hopefully within time, I may be able to offer the full service again but not at this time.

It has been a tough journey, and it will continue to be, but I have great reprieve to have the opportunity to groom and spend time with my customers, who really are my friends.

I also want to mention that a friend of mine, Tina, is now renting out a space in my shop. She is a true animal lover with 15 years of grooming experience. She is offering the full service: grooming, bathing, brushing, nail clipping and ear cleaning. She is focusing on one dog or cat at a time and invites you to stay for your animal's comfort.

Please call 508-533-8570 to book an appointment with me or Tina.

To my wonderful customers, their doggies and everyone who this may concern. I took a bad fall three months ago and as a result I tore my meniscus and incurred a severe mcl sprain. In addition to this injury, I have been battling lymphedema. I am in physical therapy for these ailments and trying to recover from this abrupt change to my life. It's been a difficult time with these new challenges, and it saddens me because I can't do what I love, grooming dogs and spending great time with the people I have gotten to grow great relationships with. Each and every one of your dogs have a special place in my heart and I miss them all.

Under the current circumstances, I would like to make it clear to you that I am always open for any help you may need or questions you have for me. I am also just starting to get back to work slowly and so far, it has been a success. I want to take it slow, but you should know I am trying to get back to grooming your doggies again and will give it my best shot.

I want to also thank everyone who has been helpful to me during this process. I don't think I would be on the mend without the help of my physical therapist, lymphedema therapist, my family, friends, my son and the amazing work of massage therapy and other holistic treatments of Barbara Capadona. I do not want to make any promises, but I have a goal of getting back to work fully in 2-3 months.

Give me a call.

Sincerely, Cheryl & The Doggie Shoppe

I want to share about how i spent my Birthday with my son Jake Card and his wife Lauren.
For my Birthday i decided to buy a gift. I told my son it was a gift for myself a new dog . . My goal for this gift was not really for me but for them both since they have been grieving the loss of their dog Ruby. Ruby lived to age 16.
On the way to get this new pup they discussed if it bites were not taking it if it this or that it's also a no go.If its 13 pounds verses the 3 pounds, they said it was its a no go .
Arriving it took them literally 1 second to feel that love at first sight for this 3.pound dog. . I can't express how beautiful it was to me on this Birthday. Little Sprout is now with Jake and Lauren spending the night over there how wonderful of a day it landed. OH, and as you all know I love handy capped pets. Sprout has just 1 ear.

I feel bad for dogs with separation anxiety. I recall the last time this sweet dog Mandy came all she did was stare at the door waiting for her owners . I asked them to stay with her this time and it helps . She was so cute she was falling asleep while getting groomed . She got so relaxed during the hair trim. I really feel good when the dogs with anxiety are content and happy during the grooming process.
