Wow my vets really amazing as a person. She sent these to me today. Marjorie C. McMillan in memory of Louie. Her help to is amazing. to is amazing i would highly recommend her as a vet. Windhover Veterinary Center strives to provide individual attention and a personal environment. Feeling so much peace inside my home I felt within myself. Now comes such a void Inside myself without my service dog not being here I feel I want to not be at home. . I am so not ok with grieving . I guess being at home being the center of my Louies universe felt so good inside me. His eyes always on my every move. He would follow behind my every footstep. I would go from room to room. He was like my shadow right by my side. He was so smart he knew the minute my shoes went on i was leaving. I could not even open my door to leave without him trying to pry himself out my door. I would have to trick him in order for me to leave. Even sleeping in my bed, he would be next to me. I would hug him my love ran so deep. If i cried and was detached from life itself, he would lick my face to bring me back in the very moment. With my leg issues the therapy is pumps that push the fluid upwards. Ever since i got that illness he knew intuitively the fluid needed to go up. He would sit and lick my legs upwards trying to fix me. I never had such a smart dog he at times would get his own food on command out of my cabinet and bring me the bag. He would open dog cages himself with his nose. He would dig with his only front leg. He was so amazing to me and such a comfort for me all day in every moment. I would like to say thank you to all who have been so much help in caring for Louie. Thank you for the prayers it was time to say bye to my Louie.

Louie so far is not doing well he's struggling a bit here. It's so hard to see. I just got to say he is only on day 4 of the antibiotic and under the skin iv. MY friend says don't lose hope people in intensive care can bounce back to being ok. He is not really able to walk now. He is laying down still. Last night i myself could not get him inside I was outside 2 hours then called the police to help me maybe get him inside. They came and helped me get him inside how kind is that of them. I just got to say today I am so blessed to have so many people supporting me here as I am caring for him. Laurie came today and comes every day she is so kind and helpful she to feeds him a bit and helps me get him out side. Paula came to carry him out to get him to the bathroom. She to massage his leg that got full of fluids. Gary and Barbara, a customer friend to came today she is an expert on massage, and she too worked on trying to care for his leg. She too gave him small amounts of food in his mouth do to he won't eat on his own yet. Kathy came a customer friend to do to his iv she is a nurse customer a wonderful lady. Lisa came a customer and did yesterday's iv. Kathy brough him 5 bags of different treats and made him steak. Tina came to help me here and she is a blessing. She will be back later on tonight to help me get him outside. Tracy came with a bag full of steak meat and chicken and burger meats for Louie. She to trimmed his feet for me and did more than that tonight for him. I am so thankful to everyone. I am surrounded by such caring people here in this hard time. After all the treatment my vet will check the bloodwork and see if anything improved if not, I will be able to at least say we all tried

My real vet says let's wait to make this decision. She can be brilliant and is a very great vet Marjorie McMillan in walpole at Windover vet's clinic. She came up with some ideas on how to maybe help all of this. She now did more tests to see he's got a terrible uti which can affect kidney and other blood work results. . She sent me and Louie home with meds and other things to try. She said lets give it 1 week to see if the lab results all change. Ty for the kind support and i am so glad I got a second opion today before doing all it.

We are so sad today i got very bad news from my vets in regard to my therapy dog Louie. His organs are shutting down, Tomorrow i got to say goodbye to my best friend Louie. Laurie Bacchiocchi has been amazing in my life and Louies life.
