Well, this journey sure had its ups and downs! 😂😳🤪

But honestly, it ended way better than I could have ever expected. I cannot wait to share the incredible bride that will be receiving this gown as a gift. But no spoilers you will have to wait until after her wedding day, but don’t worry more custom gowns are to come. I sure hope you follow my next journey.

This beautiful gown has been renamed. Her new name is Phoenix. Sometimes you have to go through hard things to be reborn into something new and something even more beautiful. That truly has been the story of the gown transformation. In this video, you will see me removing multiple layers of excess fabric that created a large amount of bulk that I had advise against adding to this gown. I feel so grateful that I had the opportunity to remake this into something so incredibly beautiful. I sure hope you follow the rest of the journey to be able to see the final look and what Phoenix transforms into.

I learned the hard way not to cave into every design request. A client makes. Now I have the opportunity to re-create this account into everything I wanted it to be. I counted such a blessing. And at the end, I will be giving it away to a deserving bride. Make sure you follow this journey to see the final gown.

please tell me in the comments if you have something that seems off-the-wall weird that totally works for design. My secret design tool is press and seal saran wrap. Have you ever used it? I’m telling you it totally works.

The rest of the Storie is coming.
Wow! The outpouring and love and support after such a challenging client has been unreal. I definitely am working hard to finish editing the rest of this story. But there is so much to tell and I am still trying to be very mindful to do it in a way that is respectful and kind.
if you are one of my incredible brides that is interested in winning this gown, please reach out again. I will have my local brides in to try on the gown to make sure they like how it looks on their body. If you were an out-of-town Bride don’t worry. I haven’t forgot about you. I will be setting up FaceTime calls to do a virtual try on and measurements.
