❗️Did you know that I also offer nail trims for selected clients during house sits? 👀

Long nails can cause a lot of issues for our beloved pets.
• Pain and discomfort can alter their movements which in turn can cause using muscles wrong.
• It can lead to accidents.
• The nails can split or chip or simply be torn off partially or completely, this is extremely painful!

Nail trims can be a less than fun task to do.

Some people are not comfortable doing it as they're scared to cut the quick.

Other people may not know how to.

Whatever the case may be, if I see it necessary and the individual animal in question is cooperative I'm more than happy to offer it while house sitting.

Aside from the discomfort long nails can cause, it can also cause certain behaviors in pets.
• Excessive licking or chewing on the toes.
• Digging or scratching wherever they can.

Here are some before (top) and after (bottom) of some canine nail trims.
