REMINDER......

PAYMENT IS DUE AT DROP OFF. Payment is ONLY accepted in cash. Effective immediately if you don't pay at drop off that will be your dogs last stay.

Our ONLY time frames for you to make an APPOINTMENT for pick ups or drop offs are 7 - 9 & 3 - 5. By APPOINTMENT, I meant the EXACT time. NOT "PM drop off & AM pick up". I cannot sit around for 2 hrs each morning and afternoon waiting for you to come whenever. I also need that info so I can schedule other dogs that maybe coming and going because we have limited space and I run this business by myself. I'm also tired of hounding people before their scheduled reservation trying to get a time from them. So EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, if you make a reservation and don't give me an EXACT drop off and pick up time for me to put on my schedule, consider your dog to NOT have a reservation until I have those times.

This is what is stated on the forms everyone gets and signs but apparently either that part wasn't read or has been forgotten.
