I finally have a moment to now post about the Cambridge trials. I left for Washington State early Monday morning after a 30 minute nap once I got things put away and packed for the trip. So….thank you to everyone that came and tackled the challenges this event has. I say those that sweat well together play well together. I had over 35 dogs that came to the Intro Seminars Thursday!! Many signed up and played that weekend along with volunteering!! ❤️ Even though we were sweating through our clothes, I saw many smiles, heard laughs and cheers from the teams and judges. Speaking of judges, thank you to Shelley and Sue for returning knowing what could be instore and for Dan to give us a shot. They had great courses and I heard many compliments. You all will be happy to hear that all three agreed to come back next year. With how hot and dirty it was, that is a tribute to all that made a great impression on them to come again. Not only were the judges getting compliments, so were our volunteers from the judges. Brenda did a great job dealing with over 200 conflicts again this year to make the trial run smooth. Barb’s lunches hit the spot as usual. The committee including Hannah the rat wrangler, and those that helped set up and clean up, I can’t say thank you enough. This event is a beast and takes even more to put on than the others. Thank you to every one of you that, came to play, kept a smile on your face and helped out as little or a lot as you could. These can NOT happen without all of you!! Thank you again and happy hunting!!! ❤️❤️
