Water distribution is going on again today (7/16) at Lytle Park and Williams Elementary School until 8 pm.

Thank you to another great local partner, First Mid Bank & Trust, for sponsoring a truckload of water to be given out to our Mattoon community.

New water pickup site available for Mattoon residents!

Water Distribution at Arland D Williams Elementary (Address: 1709 S 9th St, Mattoon, IL 61938). Residents may pick up water at our new second water distribution location today STARTING NOW until 8:00 p.m. ENTER ON 12th STREET. In other words, use where the student pickup or drop off is located. It is a one way street.

Availability: One twenty-four pack of water and One Single Gallon Bottle of Water per-Family.

To ensure that water is distributed fairly and reaches those who need it most, PLEASE DO NOT VISIT BOTH THE WILLIAMS ELEMENTARY & LYTLE PARK LOCATIONS DISTRIBUTION SITES ON THE SAME DAY.

Doing so takes limited resources away from other families and individuals who are also in urgent need. We appreciate your cooperation and community spirit during this time.

Rural King is proud to support our Mattoon community! We will be supplying the water for the Lytle Park distribution—free and available to all local residents.

📍 Swing by the park today (until 10PM) or tomorrow (8AM–8PM) to pick up your water pack and five-gallon bucket.

Thank you to the City of Mattoon for helping organize this for our community.

Water pickup is available at Lytle Park (Address: 3298 Cedar Ave, Mattoon). Residents may pick up water at Lytle Park today until 10:00 p.m. and tomorrow from 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m. One twenty-four pack of water and one five-gallon bucket will be provided per family per day.
