Thank you for your interest in the Country Club Place Apartments, We have one-bedroom floor plans from 566 to 660 square feet and two bedrooms, two bath plans from 990 to 1080 square feet. We will allow a small pet, no larger than 20lbs, with a $400.00 deposit and a one time non-refundable pet fee of $100.00. A non-refundable $30.00 application fee is also required.
