There has been many no call no shows and cancelations less then 24 hours. So I have pondered and went back-and-forth on updating the 24 hour cancelation policy
Wednesday the last and final straw. So here it is. For everyone that all ready follows this policy I thank you for valuing my time. For others that have been given the many chances to change and come on time your chances are over..
🐾 24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
I understand that life happens and plans can change! 💕 Because your pup’s appointment is reserved especially for them, I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
Giving me adequate notice allows myself the opportunity to offer your appointment to another client who may be waiting for an opening. I truly appreciate your understanding and consideration of my time, as well as the time I have set aside specifically for your pup. 🐶✨
