We’ve got handsome Hank here! We’re blowing him out with the high velocity dryer that kicks up all the dead undercoat, which typically takes 30-45 mins of brushing and drying give or take . Full grooming will begin after he’s completely dry and the full de shed is complete. 💈✂️

Ryan has been grooming for over 15 years.. he is certified and has experience in elderly dogs, aggressive dogs, scared dogs, blind dogs, deaf dogs, dogs with seizures, retired German shepherd police dogs, very complex cases like extremely matted dogs that a surgical blade is needed, and so forth… he has so much knowledge under his belt and he is Waggin tail’s MAIN groomer, we would be lost without him!

If he has ever told you that he cannot do the dog or cannot finish the grooming, please please believe him. It is for the safety of the animal and him as the groomer. It’s not because he doesn’t want to. Safety ALWAYS comes first.❤️

I know there may be some new clients that have tried our facility and I want to share that we are a higher volume facility meaning there are multiple animals at our facility at once. It sometimes can cause other dogs to be more anxious from the barking or anxiety in general. It sometimes can affect the grooming.
We try our hardest to accommodate to the needs of the pets. We often will schedule right away in the morning or towards the end of the day to try to help alleviate the stress from the pup but sometimes it’s just the environment for the pup that needs to be changed meaning a different groomer who works one on one may be a better fit. ❤️

We give our all to each and every animal that comes through our doors and I just pray our clients know that
