When Michigan turns from winter to summer overnight, you hook up the horse trailer and go explore. ☀️🐴

First trail ride of the year, and both horses were absolute rockstars! We got to work through new environments, endless fields, creeks and rivers, overpasses with loud cars above us, strange animal sounds in the woods, new arenas, and even scoped out an announcer’s booth. So proud of how they handled it all — these are the rides that build confidence.

Looking to get your child into horseback riding without a full commitment? This is the perfect opportunity to learn basic horsemanship skills and spend time in the saddle!

Lessons focus on learning basic horsemanship, safety, grooming, and riding skills such as walking and trotting, depending on the rider’s age, comfort level, and ability.

This past weekend, a group of our students showed at the John Tate Memorial Show! Despite the rainy, stormy weather, everyone made the best of it and had a great time.

We are so proud of all of our riders and their horses, and we’re looking forward to a great show season ahead! 🌧️🐴🏆
