Dear Town & Country East Clients,

As the Coronavirus continues to spread, T & C East Vet Clinic is committed to follow AVMA recommendations to safeguard our patients, staff and community.
In this regard, we are doing the following:
1. Starting 3/23/2020, T&C East Vet Clinic will shorten the office hours from 9AM – 2PM Monday thru Saturday.
2. We are in the process of setting up telemedicine to help facilitate exams when possible.
3. We will only take a minimal number of boarders and number of grooming appointments, please call ahead for details.
4. The curbside service is still being enforced to maintain social distancing.

Hello Town & Country East Clients

In an effort to minimize the transmission of the Covid-19 Coronavirus we are asking all clients to call us from the parking lot prior to entering the clinic with your pet.

We are trying to keep our waiting area clear of any people so we will bring clients in from the parking lot and will es**rt them directly to the exam room.

To further this effort, we will also be checking clients out in the exam room.

To our Town & Country East Veterinary Clinic Clients and pets:

During this Coronavirus cautionary period, Town & Country East Veterinary Clinic is taking precautions to make you and your pet safer as recommended by the AVMA.

As of right now all our Town & Country East Veterinary Clinic functions and services will continue normally during this period, including boarding and grooming.

The AVMA recommends taking precautions to make sure you have at least two weeks’ worth of your pet’s food and any needed medications.

Coronaviruses are species specific. Human corona virus and dog/cat corona viruses do not cross-transmit. Your pets are safe from you and you are safe from your pets. Out of an abundance of caution, the AVMA recommends taking precautions when interacting with your pets always wash your hands before and after. If you do test positive for the Coronaviruses, do not share food, kiss or hug your pets.

We will notify you if anything changes.

National Veterinary Dental Health Month
February

In honor of February being National Veterinary Dental Health Month, we are offering 10% off of teeth-cleanings for the month of February.
Additionally, if you schedule an appointment at least one day prior to the dental procedure, pre-anesthetic bloodwork is only $65 (as opposed to $125 if it is run the day of the procedure).
Call now for scheduling, space is limited.

A teeth-cleaning procedure under general anesthesia includes a comprehensive oral exam in addition to full mouth radiographs (x-rays). Radiographs help us fully access any disease present under the gum line that we wouldn’t otherwise be able to see. And of course it includes a thorough scaling and polishing of all teeth. If any teeth require extraction they can be performed during this procedure.
