Summertime is here, and we are less then a month away from one of our pets least favorite holidays - 4th of July. Statistically July 4th has the highest rate of lost pets, pets hit by cars, and other injuries out of the entire year.

Plan ahead:
1. Ensure your pets are microchipped & that the microchip information is current.
2. Make a safe space for your pets to stay; away from doors and windows, ideally with Alexa playing some nice classical music 🎶
3. Order their anxiety medications NOW to have in advance of the pre-game fireworks leading up to the big day.

If an emergency does arise, know where your closest 24 hour ER clinics are located.
V.E.G (Veterinary Emergency Group) located on Johnson Ferry is the closest to us and provides an open concept treatment area so you can stay with your pet.
