🌧️ A Message to Our Boarding Families 🐾

Living in South Louisiana, we know that tropical weather is simply a part of life. While we do not anticipate significant impacts at this time, we also believe that the best way to care for our guests is to stay prepared should bad weather arrives or even have a power outage.

Please know that we are closely monitoring the forecast and have plans in place should conditions change. We have staff ready to respond to ensure every pet in our care remains safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

Our priority is to keep your pets happy, relaxed, and as unaware as possible of anything happening outside. They'll continue enjoying their normal routines, meals, walks, playtime, cuddles, and plenty of love from our team.

If circumstances ever require additional precautions, we will do whatever is necessary to keep them safe. That means no pet in our care will ever be left unattended. If we felt it was in their best interest, we would even bring them into our own homes rather than leave them alone.

Weather can change quickly, so we'll continue monitoring updates and adjust our plans as needed. We believe in being prepared, not panicked, and we'll always make decisions based on what is safest for our guests, our team, and our families.

Thank you for trusting us with your beloved family members. It is a responsibility we never take lightly, and we will continue doing everything we can to keep them safe, comfortable, and loved throughout their stay. ❤️🐾

Sweet Beaux wasn't able to make his grooming appointment, and all of us at Fleur de Leash wanted to let him know we're thinking about him.

💗 In Loving Memory of Lola 💗

Today our hearts are a little heavier as we say goodbye to one of our beloved friends, Lola.

From the moment she walked through our doors, she brought so much sweetness, gentle love, and those beautiful eyes that could melt anyone's heart. She wasn't just a client to us—she was family. Every groom, every tail wag, every cuddle, and every goodbye at the end of her visit became memories we'll always cherish.

To Lola's family, thank you for trusting us to be a small part of her life. It was truly an honor to care for such a beautiful soul. We know no words can ease the pain of losing a beloved companion, but we hope you find comfort in knowing how deeply she was loved by everyone here.

Run free over the Rainbow Bridge, sweet Lola. May your days now be filled with endless sunshine, soft grass beneath your paws, and all the treats your heart could ever desire. You will forever hold a special place in ours.
