The little kitten who was found crying all alone in a parking lot in Des Peres has found her happily ever after. ❤️

Almost a year ago, Sabrina came to Country Acres Rescue with her four sweet kittens. Her babies have long since found their forever homes, but Sabrina is still waiting for someone to choose her.
When she first arrived, Sabrina wasn't sure about the people around her. She took her time learning to trust, but with patience, kindness, and love, she has blossomed into the sweet, affectionate girl we know today. She loves attention, enjoys playing with toys and other cats, likes kids, and has the most wonderful personality.
It breaks our hearts that this sweet girl has been waiting nearly a year for a family of her own. We know her perfect match is out there.

Sometimes, all a dog needs is the chance to show what they're really like in a home. ❤️
R***r got to enjoy a sleepover with one of our Country Acres Rescue staff members, and he absolutely nailed it!
🐾 Walked perfectly on a leash around the neighborhood.
🐾 Politely met a few neighborhood dogs.
🐾 Never begged during dinner—he was happy relaxing on his bed with his bone and favorite stuffed toy.
🐾 Slept peacefully through the night...and yes, he even loved snuggling.
In other words...R***r was the perfect houseguest.
If you've been thinking about adopting, please take a closer look at R***r. He's gentle, well-mannered, affectionate, and ready to become someone's best friend. He truly is the total package—now he just needs a family to call his own.

💕 Meet Shelly 💕
It's hard to imagine a tiny kitten all alone in a parking lot in Des Peres, crying and hoping someone would notice her. But that's exactly how Shelly's story began.
Thankfully, some kind-hearted clients of Country Acres Rescue found her and brought her straight to safety. They didn't have her long, but they made sure her next chapter would be a much happier one.
Despite her rough start, Shelly hasn't let the world harden her heart. She greets everyone with endless purrs, gentle cuddles, and all the love she has to give. In fact, we're pretty sure her tiny purr motor has only one setting—ON. ❤️
Now all Shelly needs is someone to look into those sweet eyes and tell her she'll never have to be scared or alone again.
