✨Anya appreciation post! 💫This lady has saved my butt the last few months, riding all the horses horses while I have been broken (x2). The extra challenge is that she kept everyone going throughout our barn move, as our horses adapted to their new surroundings, and all the other changes that came along with that transition. I will not name names but one mare in particular has been extra difficult and Anya has dealt with her beautifully, always staying cool, calm, and collected. She has balanced all of this with her own business and family, which is not an easy feat! I trust her 100% with every single horse I ask her to help with, and she deserves an appreciation post!

First day at the new barn ❤️ Its been a challenging move for many reasons. Thanks doesn’t begin to cover it, to each and every person who stepped up, working way beyond expectation, to help and support me and the horses. I am eternally grateful and so excited to be here!

Sold 🤩 Within 4 days of being listed!!… before I could even pick up his stall nameplate I ordered from the tack store 😂 This was a heartwarming sale. I love seeing the buyer and the seller match to create the BEST possible situation for the horse. I am so excited for Maya and her barn to welcome Lyric! ❤️

This safe and handsome fellow is well schooled in dressage through 2nd Level, with additional experience in working equitation, jumping, western, and trail riding. He has show miles through 1st Level with scores to 69% with a Junior. Tidy and honest jumper, and brave on cross country for all the elements - banks, ditches, water - he would enjoy the adventurous lifestyle of eventing!

He’s a light and sensitive ride with an excellent brain. He has a compact build with natural balance and maneuverability, and is easy to get on the bit. He loves to work and is the exact same horse everywhere he goes, every day. Been there, done that attitude. Super reliable partner, and overall fun adventure buddy. He is incredibly versatile, and suitable for a wide variety of riders and disciplines.

Currently barefoot, always sound, no vices, easy to handle. Loads, ties, bathes. Straightforward in just about every way. Easy keeper, and UTD on vaccines, teeth, worming.

Whew! What a fun weekend at Whidbey Equestrian Center. I am so proud of my students and my horse, and I don’t think I’ve laughed that much at a show in a long time!

Sangaku TF moved up to 2nd level at her second show this year, and we received scores up to 69% at 2-3 with lots of room to grow. Our scores qualified us for regionals at 2nd level. The real win was how she picked up right where she left off from the last show, and was (mostly) cool, calm, and rideable the whole weekend. 🤎 🐉
chorey got back into the show ring after a long break, on Robbie the show king. That takes serious courage! They rode 1-1 and consistently scored in the 65% range each day. Robbie had way too much fun at times, and Anna did a fantastic job piloting him. They earned their two first level scores toward their bronze medal! 🥳

Amanda and Teeny knocked it out of the park at Training level. I started working with this pair only a few months ago, and the growth they have shown in a short amount of time is incredible. They received scores in the mid 60s at T-3, and qualified for regionals. So fun to see this little Paint QH beat some of those fancy warmbloods in their classes. 🤩

Special shout out to Heidi for getting her Gold medal this weekend, and the Tyee motel for feeding us dinner 3 nights in a row 🤣 And thanks to the show organizers for everything you do.

WOW I am so proud of Kayla and June at LWSC Jumper day! 🤩 The skinny little western QH from this spring, that hadn’t jumped and couldn’t canter or stay on the rail, is no longer! Thanks to Kayla’s determination and dedication to June’s training and care, she is now officially a winning jumper!! 🏆🥳
