The 2025 Halloween Drive-Through Light Display is set for Oct 17 - 31 in Lee. Many thanks to the Donaldson Family for this annual labor of love. All donations go to the shelter.
Take Route 90 to Birdsong Peanut Farm in Lee. Turn South on Donaldson Road and follow signs to Disston Tr.

HI to all the Halloween fans! October means that the wonderful light display on Disson Trail, near Lee, Florida is coming soon. Remember these "guys"? Visit this year to see if they will make a return appearance. The drive-thru lights are 10/17th until 10/31st. All your donations come to the shelter to care for the cats and dogs living there waiting for adoption.

We’re thinking the heat might have kept some folks at home in July. Only a couple of kitties and a single pup went to forever homes. We’ve a full house waiting for your visit.

This Child’s John Deere tractor and trailer (battery operated) was donated to the thrift store yesterday. If you’re in the market, stop by the thrift store Friday or Saturday (9am to 2 pm). We’re asking $200.00.

The shelter and thrift stores will be closed Friday July 4th. Be sure and keep your fur babies safe and calm in your care. Fireworks are fun for humans but scary for dogs and cats.
