Gorgeous pictures from our fall walk at Berthusan Park. ❤️🍁🍂

Song is both sweet as pie and also a little sass-cadet. 😂 She naturally just plops her self down and stares at me. I wonder what's going through her head? I love how she looks around her world and also watches the sky.

Beautiful girl! Heading out for our walk today. Song always wants to stop and pose for me at the top of the stairs. 🎵❤️🎵

❤️❤️❤️❤️
One thing I've been thinking about this week as I've been running around like crazy with animal chores and home stuff, getting caught up on the needs that the boys have and needs that all of my dogs have and then working on spending that precious time with Song, is to "never let the perfect be the enemy of the good "
Sometimes we hold ourselves to an unattainable standard. Did all of the dogs get walked and individual time this week? No. But, everyone got fed, snuggled, a game of fetch or two if they wanted, time on the couch, Maple and Opal even got a car ride or two to school pick up! and you know what... I bet, my "just barely good" was their Perfect. 🥰🙏

Is it just me or is it obvious that she's sitting here judging me? 🤔😅 Not enough outings, play sessions or treats? Or all three? Sorry Song! Today was a busy day of running around. We will do lots of fun stuff tomorrow.

And why does she look so grown up all of a sudden!

This girl is so smart and eager to please! With a very health dose of stubborn and sass 😅❤️ Misty Maple Labradors

Whoops! She's checking off those skills like.....😅
I thought it would take her longer to master these stairs, but I guess she's ready to go! 🤦‍♀️ Now, my nice little puppy courtyard is not so puppy awesome anymore until I pull out another baby gate. Misty Maple Labradors

I wish fall lasted for longer. 🥰🍁🍂 I love the beautiful days. The crinkle of the leaves, the sunrise and sunsets, the frequent cleansing rain and clean air! From our time earlier this week. I forgot to post this cute video of Song, halfway up the stairs deciding that was too much work... 😅 i know I can relate.

There's something about Opal....❤️

She's a more delicate version of Journey. An elegant girl with those eyes and that signiture ice-cream colored coat. Calm, thoughtful, empathetic. If I wasn't so busy I would have pursued some therapy work with her. 😊 We had lovely walk together today. I'm trying to get out at much as possible before the real rainy season hits.
