Legacy Farms Half Arabian/Arabian Sport Horse and Dressage/HJ Show Barn - Boarding Facility for all breeds. He won his first Championship in Perry, GA that May!

We started out in 2006 having a couple horses and 19 acres of land to build our retirement farm on. By 2007, we had blossomed to 7 horses, sold the 19 acres and bought 33 acres closer to our home in Fayetteville, NC. The summer of 2008, our barndeminium was completed and we moved in. In the spring of 2009, we started showing our first baby Gianni on the Spot +++/ as a 3 year old in Half-Arabian S

port Horse Under Saddle. The horse habit just exploded from there. Since then we have acquired and lost our stallion, Gianni Versailles, a Versace son, and also Gianni's dad. We had his son Psylent Rockstar+ until he was sold then purchased Shangheir CW in 2019 to be our stallion. Currently we are not standing anyone at stud but always have nice babies or yearlings for sale. We bought another 10 acres adjoining our farm and planted another hay field which has now been fenced off and a well added. We have continued to breed and create
our own little show barn of horses - branching
out to dressage and jumping. Stall or pasture
is available to all breeds plus we have a covered arena for use for a small fee if not one of our
boarders.

So Tom returned to the Sport Horse in Hand arena with a spicy (although it doesn't look like it here)Sprite. The first triangle run was challenging for Tom but the second triangle went much better! So we loaded up the girls and are headed back to the farm. Results will be picked up by a friend later today.... And he got 2 - Top 5's despite dealing with a "spice girl".

Drumroll please... So we returned to our Sport Horse roots this week and we are in Lexington, VA showing in the Region 15/Region 16 show with our yearling fillies Melody & Sprite. Today was Melody's day to shine as she was DOUBLE CHAMPION in the Purebred Arabian Yearling Fillies Sport Horse in Hand with me as the handler! So our homebred, home trained filly was fairly awesome at her second and really big show! Psylent Melody is by Comets Calypso x Psylent Psymphony CD- my best mare that produced a National Champion, Reserve National Champion & Top 10's both doing Halter and Sport Horse in Hand. I love that mare!
Tomorrow is Sprites turn, Melody has set the bar high for her half sister!

And that's a wrap, Raleigh as LF Hearts Desire aka Doodlebug finishes with a 1st in Training Level 1 dressage with a 69.2 and a 2nd in Training Level 3 dressage with a 66.2! Many thanks to Allison Cino for showing her today! Thank goodness for early rides before the heat hits! I'm also very thankful for Tom & Jake shuttling the horses back & forth to Raleigh & maintaining the home farm🐴😻🐥🐕🦆🐐🦃💯

We came, we showed, we all survived! 🤣🐴🦄! Psylent Melody earned 2 - 1st places in her debut showing Yearling Fillies Arabian Sport Horse in Hand with scores of 71 & 72.2. LF Capricious One earned 2 -2nd places in Yearling Fillies Half Arabian Sport Horse in Hand with scores of 58(hunter type judge) & 72.6 (dressage type judge). All in all for their very first show & trip off the farm they did fairly well adjusting to new things. On to Region 15/16 at the end of the month!

Here we are all set up at the NCAHA/HAHA Summer Sport Horse Value Show at the Hunt Horse Complex in Raleigh. This is the first show for Psylent Melody (Melody) and LF Capricious One(Sprite). They handled the trailer ride well and are settled nicely in their stalls. They will show in hand tomorrow and LF Hearts Desire (Doodlebug) will do two dressage tests on Sunday.

Our Story

The horse habit just exploded from there. Since then we have acquired and lost our stallion, Gianni Versailles, a Versace son, and also Gianni's dad. Instead we had his son Psylent Rockstar aka Rocky standing at stud. He sold, but I retained the breeding rights to the frozen semen I have. Stud fees for him are $500 for Half Arabians, $1000 for Purebreds. We bought another 10 acres adjoining our farm and planted another hay field which has now been fenced off, well added as well as run in shed. We have continued to breed and create our own little show barn of horses - branching out to dressage and jumping. Boarding is available to all breeds.
