Half Arabian/Arabian Sport Horse and Dressage/HJ Show Barn - Boarding Facility for all breeds. He won his first Championship in Perry, GA that May!

We started out in 2006 having a couple horses and 19 acres of land to build our retirement farm on. By 2007, we had blossomed to 7 horses, sold the 19 acres and bought 33 acres closer to our home in Fayetteville, NC. The summer of 2008, our barndeminium was completed and we moved in. In the spring of 2009, we started showing our first baby Gianni on the Spot +++/ as a 3 year old in Half-Arabian Sport Horse Under Saddle. The horse habit just exploded from there. Since then we have acquired and lost our stallion, Gianni Versailles, a Versace son, and also Gianni's dad. We had his son Psylent Rockstar+ until he was sold then purchased Shangheir CW in 2019 to be our stallion. Currently we are not standing anyone at stud but always have nice babies or yearlings for sale. We bought another 10 acres adjoining our farm and planted another hay field which has now been fenced off and a well added. We have continued to breed and create
our own little show barn of horses - branching
out to dressage and jumping. Stall or pasture
is available to all breeds plus we have a covered arena for use for a small fee if not one of our
boarders.

This afternoon was a good time to get some painting done on our new coop built by Tom Poston. I had quite a few quality control inspectors swing by to evaluate my painting ability....

So our young peacock that we hatched & raised last year...Romeo likes puffy Cheetos which I randomly discovered earlier this week. I just didnt know how much he liked them until today! Talk about some keen eyesight to see that I have 1 Cheeto between my thumb & finger from up in the tree! Pretty cool to have happen.

Happy Belated Mother's Day to me from Jake. It took awhile to get the pond liner then get the drain set up etc. So we will see if the quackers will adapt & use it vs their old plastic wading pool.

Scarlett has a nest of 2 eggs in our shavings pile & has another week or so before potential hatching. In the meantime Jake showed her the little peachick that we hatched upstairs about a week ago. Isn't it cute?

Hooray for Pineview Veterinary Clinic - Dr Christine Long, Sam & new vet Dr Megan who saw 22 horses, 5 cats & 1 dog in less than 3 hrs...shots, coggins, exams, & 1 surprise (on the tomcats part) neuter operation. Poor Mooch....he's still sleeping it off but no surprise kittens showing up & less testosterone to terrorize all my spayed females! Highly recommend this practice!
