I understand that my prices aren't for everyone, and that's okay. I've learned that not every customer is the right fit, just as not every business is the right fit for every customer.
My pricing, fees, and policy is set and is NOT negotiable. When you order from me, you're not getting a pet store cake box mix. Every pet cake is made from scratch using my own recipes, quality organic ingredients, and a great deal of time, care, and attention to detail. I take pride in creating products that are both beautiful and safe for your pets. I don't simply put something together and hope it works. Every order is carefully planned and customized to meet your request.
As for rush fees, they are applied when an order is placed without the required 3 FULL days' notice. Rush orders require me to rearrange my schedule, expedite custom toppers and decorations, and dedicate additional time to ensure the same quality you expect. Our policy is stated on all of our social media platforms and applies to ALL customers.
