Funny you should ask... because we have absolutely no idea. 🤷‍♀️

You may have noticed that our caller ID has recently been showing up as "Roy Leblanc." We promise we haven't changed our names or hired a mysterious new receptionist. We fixed one phone issue and somehow unlocked a brand-new one instead. Technology is fun like that.

To (hopefully) evict Roy once and for all, our phone system will be rebooting Tuesday night.

If you're unable to leave us a voicemail, please email us at [email protected] or, if your pet needs immediate care while we're away, contact VEG at (502) 497-1853.

We'll return your messages when we're back on Thursday—and with any luck, Roy will have moved out by then. 🤞

This week (June 15–21), we have adjusted hours:

Monday & Tuesday: Open with normal business hours
Wednesday: Closed
Thursday: Doors open until 1:00 PM; voicemail and email will be monitored throughout the day
Friday: Closed in observance of Juneteenth
Saturday: Closed for our regular 3rd Saturday closure

We will return on Monday, June 22, with normal business hours.
