About us

My vision when I started was to do things differently than I had experienced with other grooming businesses. I started cage free interactive grooming in 2010, my thought was that coming to the groomers didn't need to be an unpleasant experience for the dogs. The dogs come in and interact with the other K-9 clients and have fun while being groomed. I have kennels available for the times it is necessary to kennel a dog(s) or if the owners are not comfortable having their pets interacting with other clients. I offer superb care for the pets in my care. The needs of the dogs supersedes their time at Paw-Fect Cuts LLC. I give dogs breaks to play and relax when they need it and give each dog special attention so they can be happy and comfortable while they are here.

A usual customer experience is they schedule an appointment and the appointment is confirmed via text or email. They are reminded of the appointment within 48 hrs of the appointment. The owner brings the dog into the lobby and lets me know of any special needs or concerns as well as what services they want and how they expect the dog's style to be. Once the dog is entered in, my system sends a text that the dog is ready for pickup. Many of my customers bring their dogs on the way to work and pick them up on their way home, I try to work with people's busy schedules and can usually find a way to fit the needs of my customers.
