~ 17 stalls available for boarding and a barn for a trainer will be available~
Barns will be opening just in time for summer BUT contracts received before December will NOT require a deposit AND will receive $100 off 1st months board. In addition to boarding we will be offering arena rentals, day rides on the private trails, camping, birthday party’s, clinics(gaited/non gaited), 4H events, kids camps, stallion services, foaling services, leasing options, consignment horses, and of course sales.
Three T Rockies is located in the beautiful rolling hills of Springville, IN with a large show/training barn and breeding barn. We are in a prime location, 30-45 minutes from Bloomington/IU and an hour and a half away from Louisville. With over 50 years in the equine industry(Alli comes from a Quarter horse and Rocky Mountain horse background and Will comes from a on track Thoroughbred background) we’re committed to top of the line care no matter what you’re in need of. Don’t let show barn scare you we love our trail horses and retiree’s! We’re also one of the few large gaited, specifically Rocky Mountain Horses, barns in the state. Owners live and work on site.
Boarding
Full care board starts at $650/month

* Automatic waterers, buckets, and troughs for water.
* 3 wash racks; outdoor, indoor with hot/cold water, and indoor heated/AC plus hot/cold water.
* 2 tack rooms; one heated and air conditioned.
* 150x60 indoor arena with dustless footing.
* 50x50 indoor round pen
* (2) 50x50 outdoor round pens
*Large outdoor arena
* Round bail feeders in pastures
* Fans above every stall
* Gated facility
* Camera systems of the facilities.
Care;
* 2x daily stall cleaning
* 2x daily feeding, morning and evening. We offer Tribute and Excel but you’re welcome to provide your own grain.
* Hay in stalls in hay bags and/or round bales in the pastures year round.
* Daily turn out/pasture access. If it’s too muddy or icy they will get turned out in the arena
* Buckets dumped and cleaned daily.
Additionally;
*We offer trailer storage
*We are a gaited barn ourselves but our neighbors have a dressage/CC barn they often have lessons, clinics, and use of their jumping courses.
* Our vet lives just 30 minutes away, our family has used them for over 30yrs.
* We have a professional gaited farrier that comes up from Kentucky. He accepts haul-in’s and offers trims on all breeds. You’re welcome to use your own farrier.
* We are 45 minutes to an hour away from the Hoosier national forest, several other horse camps, and areas to day ride.
*The farm has a backup generator.
* We offer camping for use of the private trails(limited electric hook ups, primitive w/water, and dump station on site) and use of the facilities.

*IAED certified equine dentist offered for yearly floats and dental work available.
*Magnawave/massage therapist available by appointment.
*Training and lessons. Trainers(insured) are welcome.
* We accept horses of all ages and will work with you on the best options for your horse(s).
