While we may enjoy the celebrations, fireworks can be a very stressful and frightening experience for many pets.

If your pet struggles with anxiety during during fireworks, we are here to help! Our team can discuss calming medications and other options to help keep your pet safe, comfortable, and as stress-free as possible during the holiday.

Please plan ahead! We require at least 48 hours’ notice to fill calming medication prescriptions.

To receive prescription medication, your pet must be current on their annual exam as required by state veterinary regulations.

We understand how difficult this time of year can be for pets and their families, and we want to be here to support you and your furry family members through it.

Today was Dr. Mendez’s last day, and it’s hard to put into words what that means to all of us.
We said goodbye to an incredible veterinarian and an even better human. We shared food, stories, and a lot of quiet moments in between. You realize just how much someone has meant to a place without ever needing to say it out loud.

There was laughter and there were tears. It wasn’t just a goodbye, it was a thank you-for the care, the patience, the steady hands, and the way she showed up for every single animal (and person) in her path.

We are so genuinely happy for her as she steps into this next chapter and gets to spend more time with her family. She’s earned that in every way, and we’re excited for her life outside of the clinic to be just as full and meaningful.
But there’s no way around it… there will always be a Dr. Mendez–sized hole in our Animal Care Hospital heart. And we’re better for having had her in it. 🐶🤍
