Unlike boarding facilities, we are a business ran from home, to make your puppers feel that they are at a 2nd home. Socialization, 24/7 supervision, and constant affection is provided in our services at our palace.🐾💕

Hello Butters’ Palace Visitors/Loyal Guests,

We recently encountered our first 👎🏼 review. This review is from our former landlord’s daughter that never stayed with us nor lives in area. Our landlord approved of our business from beginning when we started on Rover, and even wanted to use our services at one point.🫤

Long story short, she tried to break our 1 yr lease so she can live back in her house, so we decided to go to court. We settled for leaving and finding new place but getting additional time to look for place back in April. We found place and moved this past week into our new palace.

I could go more in details on our situation between our former landlord, but we are trying to move on from the experience we went though with her and what we had to deal with on the daily. 😔

We ask those to please report this review, as it is a “fake” and our first “hater” review to antagonize and try to scare our royal guests away from our business we worked hard for you all. For those that decide to not feed into this energy we appreciate you all from the bottom of our hearts. Because you are the ones that know our truth and see what we provide for all of our royal guests. 🙏🏼

We apologize for you all having to see and witness what it is we dealt with. We were hoping to move forward and start fresh, but looks like we will have some bumps and obstacles to go through. This will just push us to strive to prove those that our business is an amazing business for the fur babies out there. We will continue to work hard and show our true professionalism through the services we provide. 🐾💕✨

Our Prince Butters, and his royal guests, are enjoying this evening with a slumber party on the couch together. 👑💤🐾

Unlike traditional board/kennel facilities, we have the pride and joy to have our board & daycare guests enjoy freedom outside the crate/kennel!

Our fur guests get amenities such as:
• Inside privileges being on the couch 🛋
• Tons of outside playtime🎾
• Socializing with other fur guests🐶🐶
• Most importantly…. CONSTANT attention and affection💕

Couple of our Daily Doggy Daycare spots are still open during weekdays, and June and July is getting booked up fast with boards. 😎🏖🐾
