For Pet of the Week this week we have another amazing duo. These two siblings are Sasha who is a stunning, 5 year old Great Dane, and Cooper who is a very handsome, 5 month old Great Dane. Sasha has been visiting us since April, 2024, while Cooper has been visiting us sine the beginning of April 2025! Despite being five years apart, Sasha and Cooper are inseparable! When Sasha first started coming, she was super shy, and hid by the gate. Now that she has Cooper, she is nonstop running around with him, and making sure he stays out of trouble. Cooper loves to play! Whether it's with a dog, a toy, or with the staff, he is go, go, go all day long! If no one wants to play with Cooper, he chews on his sister's ears and jumps all over her to get her to play with him. They both know exactly when its time to eat, and will run around looking for any staff member they can find. Once they find someone, Sasha will tell us its time for them to go eat by howling and pawing at us, while Cooper comes running at us at full speed ahead. Once they are put up to eat, Cooper chows down while Sasha takes her time. Once they're done, they cuddle up on their bed together, and take a very much needed nap. We absolutely love having them come play, and look forward to each visit!

For Pet of the Week this week we have a stunning 6.5 year old pointer. This beauty goes by the name of Shorts. Shorts visits us off an on every now and then since 2021! Shorts is a very fun, spunky dog who is all about the game chase. Whether its chase the ball or chase the other dogs or even chase the staff, Shorts will be doing some sort of chasing all day long. Shorts loves other dogs and is always super excited when she gets to come and stay with us so she can play with them all day long. The second she is put out into the medium area shes gone running , and chasing, and tackling the other dogs. No matter who they are whether their young or old, male or female, big or small Shorts instantly starts making them play with her. Shorts also loves her food. Shorts knows exactly when its feeding time and will go and sit perfectly still in front of the food cabinet until you come and open it. And then once she sees food being handed out she will give you a little shake and dance til you set her food down. With the type of breed she is, is very athletic and decides to jump out of her kennels any time we put her in one. So she gets crated, and as smart as she is she still figures out how to get of her crate and then her kennel! We love Shorts and are so happy she gets to come play with us!

For Pet of the Week this week we have a beautiful young lady named Cassie. Cassie is a 4 year old Retriever mix. Cassie has been coming to us for about 6 months now and she absolutely loves it here. She comes for daycare at least 3 times a week and is always super excited. However she is still a shy girl when it first comes to getting her to go out in the areas. She doesn't ever want to leave her mama even though we all know she will have the best day! After a lot of convincing and getting her out there she realizes where she is and is so ecstatic to be with all of her friends she forgets about everything else. Cassie also loves to just love on people. Doesn't matter who you are. Whether your tall or short, male or female as long as your a person that has a set of hands that can love you shes all for it. Her favorite thing to do is when she sees a member entering her area is to throw the biggest smile on her face and comes running at you with paws up to give you the biggest loves ever. Although I haven't known Cassie for very long I do know that she is the most perfect girl you will ever meet. And I'm so happy to get to claim her in our pack! We love you Cassie and are so happy every time you grant us with your presence!

For Pet of the Week this week we have the most adorable duo I have ever seen. These two sweethearts are Devine and Lilly. Devine and Lilly are stunning 1 and a half year old Chihuahua mixes. They have been visiting us since September 2024. Even though they haven't been coming for a long time, I have alread fell in love with these two. Devine and Lilly love to stick together while they are here, making sure they don't lose sight of the other. They don't play very much, but they do love affection. Everytime staff go out into our small dog area, Lilly is the first one to greet them. She will wag her tail so hard her butt wiggles with her, and she loves to jump up onto our legs to let us know she wants pets. Devine on the other hand will wait very patiently for her turn. She will sit close by very neatly and stare up at you to let you know she would like some pets. Devine absoloutley loves to be scooped up and held while Lilly would prefer her paws to stay on the ground. They both love their food and know exactly when it is time to eat. They will sit so patiently by their kennels and give you the biggest puppy eyes I have ever seen! Lilly loves to let us know when she is all done eating by barking as loud as she possibly can. Devine will paw at her kennel door and sit very neatly while she waits to be let out. Once bedtime rolls around, Devine and Lilly jump into their kennel the second to door opens. They will curl up with each other on their blanket after moving it to the perfect spot. I absoloutley love these two girls, and look forward to every visit with them.

For Pet of the Week this week we have the tiniest, most precious little bean in the world. This cute things Name is cupcake. Fitting don't you think? Cupcake is a stunning 4 year old Teacup poodle weighing at only 6lbs. Cupcake has been visiting us off an on since the beginning of 2023. Although she is small she surely has one of the biggest personalities to walk through our front doors. Cupcake loves to bark at the other small dogs trying to gt them up to play. She will sit there and nonstop yell at them until they finally stand up to get away from her. Then Cupcake will start chasing after them trying to get them and usually ends up tripping on her little feet. She also loves to tackle them on to their backs even though they are at least 10 lbs more then she is. Cupcake adores people. If you walk passed the small gate at all you better make sure you have at least 10 minutes of cuddle time, because Cupcake will not let you walk passed her without love. She loves to jump as high as her little legs will let her and try to climb into your arms and go everywhere with you. Cupcake also loves her crate and bed. She knows exactly when bed time is and she expects to be put up as soon as the clock strikes 6:30. I am obsessed with Cupcake and look forward to every stay we get with her!

For Pet of the Week this week we have the prettiest, most kind hearted doodle. The gorgeous girls name is Bella. Bella is about 8 years old and has been coming to us off and on since 2018! Bella although she is a little bit bigger, has a great time playing with our smaller dogs. And when I say play I mean play. Bella is all about playing. She loves chasing balls, she loves tackling you, and she absolutely loves doing parkour off of the staff members. Bella loves to play a game of thief. She'll run over to the other dogs and sn**ch up whatever they're playing with and pretend like shes been playing with it the whole time. Bella also loves dinner. Anything food related Bella is all for it. She acts like shes starving all day and we need to just feed her every time she gives us her puppy eyes, unfortunately it does not work out for her. My most favorite thing about Bella that really defers her from the other dogs is her sitting and laying down. When Bella sits down, she sits so politely and pretty like a show dog. But when it comes to her laying down she sprawls out like a frog. She'll sometimes even throw all four legs out and take up as much room as she can. I love having Bella come visit and look forward to all future visits!

For Pet of the Week this week we have the sweetest, most beautiful German Shepherd I have met. The gorgeous girls name is Maya. Maya is a almost 2 year old German shepherd who first started coming to us in May of last year. Maya is a very well trained, well behaved German Shepherd who loves everybody! She is a bit more timid to guys but overall loves everyone who works here. Maya is so sweet and always just wants to be loved. Maya is a very nervous dog when it comes to other dogs. If she knows a dog well then she will wander around, not necessarily play but walk around with them. However if shes not to familiar with a dog she more keeps to herself either on the bed or next to the fence. Maya loves people attention. She wont come running to you unless you make eye contact with her and then shes all about coming to get loving. Shell run up and instantly throw her bum at you or bury her head into your legs for you to pet her back. Maya also loves dinner time as well as bed time. She is always super excited to get in her kennel and rearrange everything in it to her liking and then sit politely for her food to come. Maya is one of the most warm hearted, loving German Shepherd I have personally met!

For Pet of the Week this week we have one of the most handsome Boxers I have ever met. This beautiful boys name is Tank. Tank is a 7 year old Boxer who just recently started coming to us in December. Although he's only been coming to us for 2 months now he has definitely made his mark in our lives. Tank definitely has the Boxer personality to him. He loves to play non stop from sun up to sun down just about. And he absolutely loves to eat. On his first visit with us, like most dogs, Tank was a bit shy and didn't know what to think about everything. He sat and watched other dogs, nibbled at his food never really ate it. But as time went on, Tank became more and more social. Now hes one of the happiest, most social dogs we have come. Tank loves to play with the balls he finds out in the area, or he loves to pounce on the other dogs getting them to play. Tank absolutely adores the old German Shorthair in medium named Taz. Tank and Taz are constantly side by side with each other. And even sleep together. Like most Boxers Tank hates to be locked up anywhere so he gets to sleep out in our medium dog area where he cuddles on the couch with his best friend Taz. We love having Tank here and look forward to all visits with him.
