Our very good friends and volunteers Debby and Dorrie Warner, that help support our mission of the Pet Assistance league generously donated this quilt to help benefit the foster animals in our care. Bidding has started at $100. The bidding will end June 15 at noon. Quilt measures 47“ x 55“. The fabric was donated by Berger’s sewing machine in Manassas, Virginia. If interested, please bid below.

Stop by our biweekly Yardsale this Saturday April 25 that benefits the homeless animals with the pet assistance league Incorporated. There is something for everyone we will be there from 8 am till 12pm. Location is at Old Dominion Humane Society who graciously allows us to set up in their parking lot 3602 Lafayette Blvd. Fredericksburg stop by and say hello!

The things you do for the Rescue babies. I’m sitting in the car which I often do when I want quiet time with this little nugget. She was spayed today and had a rough go of it. We will let her sleep for another hour or so and then take her inside. Just send positive and good wishes for her healing.❤️

Fritz is a 6 year old hound who will melt your heart the instant you meet him. While he was a slight bit reserved when he first arrived at the shelter, we have had the pleasure of watching him blossom into one of the sweetest boys in the Spotsylvania Animal Shelter. He is an affectionate dog who brings a smile to all of our faces. Fritz thrives on human connection and will lean right into you, soaking up every bit of love and attention you’re willing to give. He is easygoing and has that endearing nature hounds have. Fritz is happier than ever since arriving, but he is more than ready to trade his kennel for a couch and a family of his own.
