Happy Labor Day from USARK!

In the United States, we celebrate Labor Day on the first Monday in September to honor and recognize the social and economic achievements of workers, and the labor movement. It first became a federal holiday in 1894, and is often celebrated with picnics, cookouts, barbecues, and parades. This holiday is used to mark an unofficial end of summer, and in many parts of the country, the start of school.

If you can't determine exactly what the snake is, or if you can't make a positive ID, it's always a good idea to just leave it alone or ask for help with removal or relocation if you think the snake presents a danger to you, your pets or your livestock. But please, don't just automatically try to kill them. 🐍🐍🐍

Snakes want nothing to do with us. They just want to be left alone. Please respect their wishes.
