No Place Like Home Pet Nanny I provide overnight care and drop in visits in my clients homes so their furbabies are comfortable. If they're allowed to sleep with me, even better!

Hello, my name is Shae and I know how stressful it can be to plan a vacation or work trip and worry about who will care for your babies. Since I work from home, I decided to help other pet parents have peace of mind that their babies are being loved and cared for. I love all animals and know how stressful it can be to plan a vacation or work trip and wonder if your babies are comfortable and being

loved and cared for. Kennels are loud, scary for some pets, and don’t have their own comfy beds, blankees, treats, and toys. I stay in your home overnight which will be less stressful on your fur babies. I only require a reliable internet connection for me to work if staying during the week, a clean bed to sleep in, and a non-smoking home due to smoke allergies. (smokers are fine as long as they don’t smoke in the house I’ll be staying in)

I will pet sit in your home in the Lisbon, Mount Vernon, Solon, Ely, Cedar Rapids, Hiawatha, Robins, Palo, and Marion areas. (30-40 miles max from my Lisbon location) I do not provide care in my home as we have 3 rescue dogs and a kitty of our own. I just learned my sweet boy dozer passed away a year ago. My heart is broken. I really hope my version of heaven is waking up to see all of my past furbabies, as well as all of the ones I sat for. ❤️

You never heard me speak, but I told you a thousand stories—with every wag, every nudge, every warm sigh against your knee.

I was there when the world felt heavy, pressing my head into your palm like a secret promise: "You’re not alone." I memorized the sound of your laughter, the way your footsteps changed when joy lit you up from within. And when sadness dimmed your light? I licked your tears, hoping you’d taste the truth—that you were everything to me.

We had our own language, you and I. The tilt of my ears said, "Tell me more." The thump of my tail whispered, "I’m here, I’m here, I’m here." And at night, when my paws twitched in dreams, I was running through fields of forever, always beside you.

Time is a tricky thing. It gave me just enough to teach you about love—the kind that asks for nothing, the kind that stays. But if I could stop the clock? I’d choose every gray whisker, every stiff step, just to spend them with you.

This is why I do what I do! I make lifelong fur friends and they always remember me after a couple visits. They’re relaxed at home and their parents have peace of mind knowing they’re safe and happy while they’re traveling. 💞🥰 (sorry for my high-pitched voice) 🤷🏼‍♀️😂
