New arrivals mean new nutrition needs. 🐐

Young animals grow fast, and their feed should support strong bones, healthy digestion, and steady development from day one.

Dew Claws: What You Should Know

There’s a lot of mixed information out there about dew claws.

After speaking with multiple reputable veterinarians, we’ve learned they’re more than just “extra toes.”
They’re connected to tendons and play a role in a dog’s movement and stability.

Some dogs may never have issues if they’re removed.
But others can develop discomfort or long-term changes as they age.

That’s something we take seriously.

Not all dew claws are the same either.
The ones that are tight to the foot are typically not a long-term concern.
Loose ones can have a higher risk of injury and just need to be managed properly.

We choose to keep them.

Not because it’s easier
but because we believe in preserving structure and focusing on proper care.

We don’t remove them. We manage them.
