💙🐾 MEET ROSS: ADOPTABLE BORDER COLLIE/LAB MIX 🐾💙
With a face and personality like this, we honestly can’t believe he hasn’t been snatched up yet! Ross is officially ready to meet his forever paw-rents. He is a 1-year-old, 60 lb Border Collie/Lab mix who has been soaking up everything there is to learn in foster care since Valentine’s Day.
Ross is a goofy, playful, and affectionate boy. While he can be a little shy initially, his happy personality shines through quickly. He is incredibly well-behaved and fully house-trained—he can use a doggy door or ring bells to let you know he needs to go out! He is also fully crate-trained, walks beautifully on a leash, and already knows commands like sit, come, down, off, back, and paw.
When it comes to playtime, Ross loves being outside. His current favorites are jolly balls and tennis balls, though he’ll happily entertain himself with an oinking pig toy, a chew, or a food puzzle. He currently lives with a canine foster sister and two cats and does great with all of them!
Ross’s Ideal Home:
• Environment: A secure yard for safe, off-leash playtime.
• Home Dynamics: No children under 10. Another dog is ideal, but not required—he can thrive as an only pet!
• Health: Neutered, up-to-date on shots, and heartworm negative.
Ross has so much love to give and can’t wait to find his people!

❤️🐾 Chevy NEEDS A FOSTER AND A START TO A NEW LIFE! 🐾❤️

CHEVY ! This sweet 5-6 year-old shepherd mix who was shot rural area of eastern KY a while back. He was adopted out and life changed for the adopters and moved to a home with alot of stairs. Which for Chevy is hard because he three legged💕
He can do some but not alot. He has an artificial leg that he can use.He loves soft doggie beds to sit on and sleep on. His favorite pastime is taking long knaps. He loves dog,cats, people and older children. Could really use a home where someone is home than not. Chevy has so much love to give to a family who will love him forever.

Chevy is safe back with us, but right now, he’s confused and longing for a family of his own. He would love a home with another doggie friend. He loves cats also. He is very loyal to who he attaches to.

We’re looking for a foster who can open their home and heart to Chevy while he waits for her forever family. ❤️

🐾 MEET THE PUPS! 🐾

We’re excited to introduce the first three faces you’ll be able to meet at our upcoming Paws 4 the Cause Meet & Greet!

Come visit us Saturday, November 14, from 12 PM–2 PM at Feeders Pet Supply, 3101 Richmond Road!

❤️ MITZY – This 4–6-year-old Morkie mix is very sweet, quiet, and dog friendly! She enjoys being part of a family, something she missed out on before coming into rescue. One of her favorite things to do is curl up in your lap and take a nap. She gets along great with the children in her foster home and has been around dogs of all sizes with no problem. Mitzy has come a long way and has been learning to trust people, but loud noises and sudden movements do startle her. Once she decides you are her person, she will follow you everywhere! She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and Heartworm tested negative.

💙 ROSS – At about a year old and 60 pounds, this Border Collie/Lab mix is a goofy, playful boy with a big heart! He’s potty-trained, crate-trained, walks beautifully on a leash, knows several commands, and gets along with cats. Ross can be a little shy at first, but he’s definitely worth the wait! He is looking for a family with a fenced yard and lots of love to give! He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and Heartworm tested negative.

💚 HOLLIS – This happy 6–8-year-old Chihuahua/Min Pin mix is the perfect gentleman! He’s house-trained, crate trained, rides well in the car, and is dog friendly. He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and Heartworm tested negative.

✨ And this is just the beginning! We’ll be adding more adoptable pups as the event gets closer, so stay tuned!

SHADOW ! This sweet 4-5 year-old border collie who living in an outdoor pen in a rural area of eastern KY. He was turned into the shelter thin scared and alone. 💕
He tested positive for heartworm and now has been treated. He wants to be an inside dog and not an outside dog. He loves soft doggie beds to sit on and sleep on. His favorite pastime is taking long knaps.

Due to unexpected medical hardships within her family, Charlie’s owner made the heartbreaking decision to surrender her

Charlie is safe with us, but right now, she’s confused and frightened. She’s shaking in her kennel, trying to make sense of a world that suddenly looks very different. We know that with a little patience, a lot of love, and a soft place to land, she can begin to feel safe again.
