I won’t lie-our salon gets chaotic at times and MESSY because we let the dogs roam free. We clean up messes all day long!! So we have double the work than other salons who keep the dogs crated the whole time. But we wouldn’t do it any other way! Take it from Willie who was kicked out of 2 of the chain pet store locations in Lexington for being grumpy and biting at the groomers. Today was his first time at our salon and we let him roam free and get comfortable with us and the environment and he warmed up to us and started coming to ask us for pets and attention and he ended up doing great! For all the extra work we have to do everyday, it’s the dogs happiness that matters the most and most dogs prefer the environment we provide. We worked at the corporate chain pet stores and we didn’t want that environment for our salon! So while it may seem chaotic in there at times, the dogs are happy and that’s what we care most about 💙💙 (the shaved part on his side was done by vets- not us lol)

I’ve had several texts asking on ways you all can help our business! We appreciate that! Here are some ways :
1) tell your friends/reccomend us!
2) share our page/posts! We get so much business through Facebook!
3) keep your dogs on a minimum of 8 week schedules! 6-8 weeks is the recommended time frame between grooms. This keeps your dog on a routine, can keep them from becoming severely matted, keep their nails from becoming overgrown, and helps keep our tools from becoming worn down so fast because we aren’t having to shave down severely matted pups!
4) prebook your next appointment before you leave!
5) Leave us Facebook or google reviews about why you love us!

I am going to be working on an online booking app this evening as well! You can use that to book or you can still text us! I will post an advertisement once I get that going! Thank you all so much!

Also! If you guys could please text the phone to book your appt’s instead of messaging the page it would be super helpful! A lot of times Facebook doesn’t send us notifications for our messages and we don’t see them until days later! It’s also better for us organization wise to have all of our messages on our phone! Thank you!

Hey guys! Emily went on vacation this week and with it being spring break-I got filled up very fast! Hey guys! Please keep in mind that we do quote 3-4 hours for every single appointment! The 3 hour time is mostly for just baths and maybe small haircuts! If you have a doodle it will almost always be 4 hours-they take a long time to bath, dry and the haircut takes a long time! Regardless, we will text you when your babies are ready! If you haven’t heard from us after the 4 hour mark, feel free to text us to check! But always assume it’s going to be 4 hours! Thank you!
