Do you know Jean? She’s our Owner/Founder/Groomer extraordinaire!
Did you know she’s a cat groomer wizard? Well, this year she is committed to completing her CFMG. What does that mean? CFMG stands for Certified Feline Master Groomer, it is a certification from the National Cat Groomers Institute(NCGI). Becoming a CFMG requires rigorous testing in safety/handling and quality of cat grooming. Wish her luck as she takes the next steps in completing this goal!

Trust your groomer when they say your dog has to go home unfinished, it means they care. Cooper has a history of being difficult and aggressive for grooming to the point of him needing to be fully sedated in the past. The last month he has been at the vet a lot and he’s pretty over being poked and prodded at. Today he wasn’t feeling me grooming him fully. That’s ok, I got what he would tolerate done and sent him on his way, he can fix up his hair cut better in a few weeks. I would rather send him home unfinished than break the trust I have built.
