We look forward to the ASAC winter tournament

We had so many NEW teams and riders to kick the year off this tournament

Courtney and Disney are a brand new team. Disney has only been shown by a trainer (3 times). We are PROUD of the rider Courtney is blossoming into. As well as the horse Disney has matured into. These girls got two 2nd place ribbons in some bigggg classes!

Disney also went on into a huntseat class and looked lovely with Grace! It was so fun to watch

Our pony whiskey… this was his FIRST. SHOW. EVER. We have some homework- but pony man truly exceeded our expectations today. We love this little clown. he sure is handsome. Aubree Is a great Jockey for this litte fellow.

Brianne & Savannah F have been working diligently on relaxing and the feel of the horse. Dolly has this ‘my way or the highway way attitude’ and you can either get on board or hit the road. These girls have worked so hard and continue to rise to the challenge of conquering Dolly. Both girls were able to get some walking out of Miss Dolly- which is an accomplishment learning to relax & breathe in the saddle.

Ella strutted through with cash for the first time off of lead line and was a rockstar and was brave enough to face a command class!

Little Susan was so much fun and full of joy in her leadline classes. She was happy to be a part of the day and got 2nd and 3rd!

Savannah Mock has decided she is ready to show her sisters she can hang with them and stepped up and rode the fire out of shady today! They pulled a first place ribbon and are over the moon!

Our other teams have shown so much improvement and we are proud of their continued dedication and growth. ! We are so excited for the next show!t

before you knew who you were becoming.

I saw the little girl
with big dreams and unsure hands.
The one who talked too much,

I felt your nervous excitement
the first time you stood beside me—

trying not to let fear show.

And I stayed.

I watched you grow
in ways you didn’t notice at the time.

I watched your hands become steadier.
Your voice become calmer.
Your presence become quieter,
more grounded,
more sure of itself.

I watched you learn
that strength doesn’t come from force.
That trust is built slowly.
That patience is a language
spoken without words.

Some days you came to me happy.
Some days you came carrying more
than you knew how to hold.
And I took all of it—
every emotion,
every version of you—
without asking you to explain.

I watched you grow through seasons
that changed you.

Through heartbreaks
that made you question yourself.
Through victories
that made you stand taller.
Through moments when you doubted
whether you were enough.

You were.

I knew it then.
I know it now.

I felt it
in the way you softened when you were tired.
In the way you learned to breathe
instead of rush.
In the way you showed up
even when life felt heavy.

I watched you become someone
who listens.
Who feels deeply.
Who understands
that love doesn’t have to be loud
to be real.

And even when time moved forward—

when you outgrew some things

I still recognized you.
