Just a reminder : I really need everyone to comply with my business hours as well as show up at the time you entered on your form for drop off/pick up. I’m my only employee, so I plan my days according to the times entered on the forms. I’ve had many people showing up during my closed hours or showing up at a completely different time than what’s entered on the boarding form and it’s gotten to be very overwhelming for me. My hours are posted on here, they’re on the forms (right above where you select your check in and check out times) , they’re on a sign at the gate where you come in, and I’ve sent them over messages and still it’s been a problem. I have business hours just like any other business. If this continues, I won’t be able to keep offering pet services.
Please do not ask me to make an exception for you to drop off/pick up outside of my hours(unless it’s an absolute emergency). Notice I’m open almost every day of the year except for a few days off, so my hours and scheduled drop off/pick up times are VERY fair. I love what I do; but it’s not attainable without boundaries and respect.
If scheduling drop off/pick up times doesn’t work for you and you need to be able to just show up whenever, you may need to find a big facility with a bunch of employees so someone is always available for you(during their business hours), but at those places your dog will likely be just a number and won’t receive the personalized care they get here. I truly love each and every one of our guests that come to stay with us.
I’m doing my best to be able to provide the best care for every pup while also trying to maintain a healthy work/life balance.
