Scout is one sweet boy. He's a Lab mix and is about 6 months old. He's a calm boy, knows basic commands and does well on a leash. He gets along with other dogs and cats. Kids are OK too! Scout is just a love bug that would be a great addition to any home! He's scheduled for his neuter next week, he's vaccinated, house and kennel trained. This week was close to a record breaker! We took in 31 kittens and one mamma cat! Little Ivan was the last one in on Saturday. He had a bulging eye that was very painful for him. He went straight to the vet and had the eye removed. He's feeling so much better! Thank you, Riverview Animal Clinic, for taking care of him so quickly. He'll be ready for adoption in a couple of weeks.

ADOPTION EVENT!! Saturday, 8/29, 10am-2pm, Bryden & Thain next to the Liquor Store (1101 Bryden Ave.). We'll have dogs, puppies and cats/kittens! We still have so many kittens! Stop by and visit!

Dori is a sweet, energetic 1½-year-old Lab mix looking for her forever home! She is spayed/vaccinated and has come a long way after being hit by a car. Thankfully, she’s doing much better and is ready to get back to enjoying life!
Dori is friendly, eager to learn, and VERY active. She’s looking for a home that will give her plenty of exercise, attention, and opportunities to learn and play. She would especially love a larger, playful dog who can keep up with her energy!
Because of her enthusiasm and play style, small dogs, cats, and young children may not be the best fit for Dori. A meet-and-greet with potential canine siblings would be important.

Harvest is an adorable unique colored "sable" husky mix. He is about 10-11 weeks old and full of puppy sass and energy. He hasn't found a single shoe he doesn't love. He is a big snuggler and love bug! He is looking for his forever home that includes a like sized play buddy. Husky experience/knowledge would be a plus and fenced yard required. Harvest is currently residing with a several dogs and a dog savvy cat. He is curious about the cat but hasn't tried chasing him yet...that could change. Harvest is current on vaccinations. Apple Crisp is a sweet 2-year-old girl who is finally ready for a home of her own! After lovingly raising her kittens and watching each of them get adopted, it’s now her turn to be spoiled and cherished.
She is spayed, vaccinated, and has tested negative for both FeLV and FIV. This affectionate mama cat has a social, loving personality and absolutely adores being around people. Whether she’s curling up beside you on the couch or following you around for attention, she’s happiest when she has someone to cuddle with.
She does well with children and would make a gentle, loving companion for a family or anyone looking for a loyal snuggle buddy. She has not been around dogs, so slow introductions would be recommended if there are dogs in the home. She would definitely like to be the only cat!
After taking such good care of her babies, this sweet girl deserves a forever family that will give her all the love and comfort she’s been giving to others. Could that be you?

These two little ones are needing a forever home. The black and white (tuxedo) is a little girl right at 11 weeks old. The solid black is a little boy named Nemo, 10 weeks old. Both are very playful and work hard at keeping up with one another. They are very good with older cats, but no experience with dogs. They are current on vaccinations.
