These curious little pups are 10 weeks old. Mamma was a small brindle pit mix. We don't know who the dad is. They are staying on the smaller side. There are 4 males and 3 females total. We are again in DESPERATE need of fosters for dogs/puppies, cats/kittens, nursing mammas and litters and orphans needing to be bottle fed. Sweet Maggie is a smart girl. She's young and we're guessing about 9-ish months. She learns quickly, is very trainable (good on leash) and eager to please. Maggie is great with children and other dogs. We don't know how she is with cats. She loves car rides and playing fetch. Maggie has a spay appointment, vaccinated, house and kennel trained. Archie turned 1 in December. He is 50% lab; 30% German Shepard and the rest is a mix.

Archie has been with his foster since he was 6 weeks old, with a short stint with a family who returned him after breaking up. He has been to training and boarding at Snake River Four Paws where he does well. Archie can sometimes take a minute to warm up to strangers, quicker if they throw the ball for him. He is not a bite risk but likes to do a big bark that can be off-putting. For this reason, he is not at adoption events and instead we ask to meet in person at home or the park.

Archie’s Lab comes out when it’s time to play fetch, be goofy, and especially in the water. He loves to swim and be outside! His German Shepard comes out when it’s time to protect the house or his people. He is very loyal and never strays, always wants to follow you and follow the rules. He stays in our 4’ fence and never jumps, even though he could. He is a people pleaser and wants to bond. Archie likes dogs but can be snappy at times, depending on the personality. He appreciates a dog with a strong personality to give him boundaries. Archie is neutered, vaccinated, house & kennel trained. Gibbs and Vance are just the nicest boys. They are 6 months old and patiently waiting for their new people. THEY DO NOT have to go to the same home! Both are good with other dogs and kids. We don't know about cats. Both are neutered and vaccinated. Come see them at our ADOPTION EVENT, Saturday, 5/23, 10am-2pm, Bryden & Thain, next to the Liquor Store.

KITTENS! KITTENS! KITTENS! We currently have 62 kittens in our foster care. The number will definitely go up! They are all ages and sizes from tiny bottle babies to those that are ready for adoption. It seems every year we ask for help to feed, vet and care for them. We need kitten food (both dry and wet), formula, etc. Anything kitty related. We have ADOPTION EVENTS every Saturday if you would like to drop off. Or visit one of our wish lists. We also accept money! ❤️❤️ Without your support we would not be able to rescue as many as we do.

Sweet Tabitha has been diagnosed with FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus). It is a slow-acting feline-specific virus that weakens a cat's immune system, making them more vulnerable to secondary infections. It is spread by bite wounds. Cats with this disease can live long healthy lives. Tabitha is a 1-year-old sweet, happy, loving and beautiful girl. She's looking her happy place. She needs to be the only cat or can live with another cat that has FIV. She is spayed and vaccinated. A huge THANK YOU to Riverview Animal Clinic for doing this feral spay/neuter clinic! It was so needed in our community! A huge THANK YOU to our 2 volunteers, Cathy Carlson and Ginny Logsdon, for doing the work to trap these kitties. It's not an easy task. 23 cats were trapped - 6 kittens that were too young and now are in a foster home - 11 females and 7 males were spayed and neutered! What a successful day! A lot of kittens were saved from a miserable existence today. We are so appreciative!
