Helping Hands Rescue (HHR) observed a great need in our community to assist, rescue, foster, provide medical care and love for the unwanted, homeless, neglected and abused animals in our area. We do our very best to find loving and forever homes for all of the animals in our care. ADOPTED! Crosby is shiny black and 4 months old. His buddies just got adopted and now he is the only one left. He's pretty lonesome! He is hoping someone will take him home to play with soon. Crosby is very loving and affectionate - Mr. Purr-body! His favorite things are laser pointers, flying feathers on a stick, tunnels for hide-n-seek and just about anything that moves. He's a bit mischievous and pretty agile (code word for he can get himself most anywhere!). He likes other kitties and recently met the dogs in his foster home. Crosby is neutered and vaccinated. URGENT - FOSTER NEEDED!! Must be only animal. Bullet is a 2-year-old, 50 lb., bull terrier. He's a very active boy and would love to live with an active family. A fenced yard is required for him. He loves kids and affection of any kind!! This boy loves to snuggle. He's good on a leash and knows a few commands. Bullet doesn't care for other dogs, and he will chase cats and chickens. He has good recall. Bullet is neutered, vaccinated and house trained. Our Spaghetti Feed and Silent Auction fundraiser is fast approaching - Saturday, 2/7/26! We are in need of donated items for our Silent Auction. If you are crafty or creative, we love homemade items. We could use gift cards, new items, vintage items, baked goods, services, etc. This is our largest fundraiser every year and we need your help to make it successful.

These little "reindeer" bundles of holiday fun, currently looking for a home for the holidays... preferably one with a sturdy Christmas tree and humans with a high tolerance for shenanigans. ADOPTED! This mouse (toy) fetching, dog loving kitten keeps getting overlooked for the "flashier" kittens. Crockett is a 7-month-old, neutered male. He loves fetching and being near his humans. He absolutely loves the resident dog he lives with. He's good with other cats often chirping and chattering to them wanting to be friends. Crockett is neutered and vaccinated.
