🎆 Reminders for Memorial Day Weekend🎆

We will be CLOSED this Memorial Day weekend and resume normal business hours 5-26-26. If you have an emergency, please contact Crossroads Animal Emergency Clinic in Alexandria or Pet Emergency Clinic in Lake Charles.

If your pet gets anxious during fireworks, now’s the time to act. Be sure to give any prescribed anxiety medication well before the festivities begin—ideally a few hours ahead, so it's fully effective.

✨️ Meet the Staff Week ✨️

Due to having a lot of newer faces in our clientele we wanted do introduce our staff members so you guys can get to know a little bit about the ones behind the scenes taking care of your babies ❤️

Up next we have our Receptionist!

Harley is our wonderful Receptionist and the face you first see when you walk in! She has been with us going on 2 years this year.
She is the loving fur-mom of 3 dogs and 1 cat. She is also a loving aunt to all her nieces and nephew. She is the first face you see when you walk into our clinic and the last face you see on the way out.
She will also jump in and help in the back where it is needed while maintaining her position up front ❤️

Up next we have our Assistant Practice Manager!

Cassie is our assistant Practice Manager, when she isn't working in the chaos of the clinic she is also running Beauxs Rescue which is a rescue for dogs and cats and even includes a sanctuary for mini pigs. She is also a full time college student!!
She is also the loving mother of multiple fur babies and scaled babies working along side Native Scales. She is also the dearing loving mother of her 13 year old teenager ❤️
Cassie is currently working on specializing in dental procedures and being a specialized anesthesiologist nurse.

Up first we have our Practice Manager!!

Natalie is our practice manager and not only is she busy helping the clinic stay running smoothly she is also the owner of Native Scales Sanctuary which specializes in rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming reptiles in need on top of being a full time college student! Natalie has been with us going on three years, during her time with us she has specialized in earning her Fear Free certification among others to help make sure she can give your babies the best care to her abilities while working along side the veternarians to help care and treat them.
