We are looking to add a groomer to the salon!
Pet Groomer (Full-Time or Part-Time)
We are looking for a dependable, experienced Pet Groomer to join our team in Lebanon, PA. This position is available as either full-time or part-time and is ideal for someone who is passionate about animal care, takes pride in their work, and enjoys building relationships with clients.
Qualifications
-Minimum of 1 year of professional pet grooming experience
-Must provide and maintain your own grooming tools and equipment
-Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Reliable, punctual, and organized
-Excellent customer service and communication skills
Responsibilities
-Safely bathe, dry, brush, and groom dogs according to breed standards and client preferences
-Perform breed-specific and custom haircuts
-Trim, clip, and grind nails safely
-Clean ears and complete other basic grooming services as needed
-Assess each pet's coat and overall condition before grooming
-Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized grooming area
-Schedule appointments and manage your daily grooming schedule
-Communicate professionally with clients in person regarding grooming services, pet needs, and recommendations
-Process both cash and credit/debit card payments accurately
-Ensure every pet is handled with patience, compassion, and care
Requirements
-At least 1 year of professional grooming experience. We are not in a position to train at this time.
-Ability to safely handle dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality grooming
-Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical duties of grooming
-Must be dependable and able to work independently
Flexible, full-time or part-time scheduling.
Commission based pay.
