I cannot thank Simone enough for this. At the time we thought we were going to lose him. My heart was beyond broken. I had just lost the second of my closest friends to breast cancer and was a shell. Simone's compassion was beyond anything I could have hoped for.

The Hill at Graywall Farms has a block of 5 stalls available from October -April with potential for longer lease terms. $1200 per month includes all utilities, manure removal and night check. Quiet facility, 2 outdoors, indoor with GGT footing, all weather and grass paddocks,matted stalls, wash stall with hot water and heater, heated tack room, washer dryer ample parking for trailers. Owner onsite.

This opportunity is available to hunter/ jumpers. The Hill is a nonsmoking facility, trainers must maintain liability insurance. PM Amy Chesmer for more information.

The Hill has a block of 5-7 dry stalls available for the winter for a hunter/ jumper business. Very quiet atmosphere with only 5 other private horses in work. Available October- April. Other terms may be negotiated.

Connected indoor, GGT footing, 2 outdoors with trails around 35 acres to ride out. Ample turn out including all weather paddocks. Heated tack room, washer dryer. Mated stalls, hot water in wash stall with heater, manure removal and all utilites included. Owner onsite.

This opportunity is for dry stalls only, under the following requirements, provide all daily care and equipment( buckets, wheelbarows etc) and adhere to safety standards for horses and riders, lessors will remain on property and supervise horses in turn out, there is no smoking on property. Trainers must provide proof of insurance and board agreements with client horses.

The Hill has an opening for 1 retiree mare that can live in a small group with 3 other mares on grass with run in and access to stall in severe weather.
