I am having to put a new policy in place for no call no show clients.
As many of you have probably gathered I am not paid hourly, my income depends on my clients keeping their scheduled appointments OR calling and letting me know at least 48 hours in advance if they cannot make it. It is very difficult to fill a spot last minute and stay on schedule for the rest of my clients that day, leaving me out of any income I would have made for the time I blocked out for your pup.
With that being said, after ONE no call no show I will request a deposit to keep your next appointment on my book. This can be done over the phone or a invoice sent to your e-mail. It will be half of the cost of the service you are scheduled for, with the other half to be paid upon pick up of your pet on his/her appointment day.
I hate to do this but this business is how I support my family and keep the shop up and running.
