Effective Immediately!
No-call/no-shows will be required to pay 50% of the missed appointment before being placed back on the schedule.
I have been needing to put this in effect for many months but I’ve waited because I know times are tough. With that being said this is how I make money for myself and my family, and I do not get paid if I’m not grooming.
I had over $300 in missed appointments this week and that is unacceptable. Those are spots I could have filled with a proper notice.
I love and appreciate all of my customers and thank you all for understanding ❤️

These are policies.

Any appointment OVER FIVE MINUTES LATE will be asked to reschedule.
I work with every dog on a 1 on 1 basis. This means each dog is scheduled its own time slot. Taking in a late appointment effects every appointment after that and it is not fair to the customers who show up on time.

No-shows will no longer be rescheduled and will be released from my clientele. I have a cancellation list and with proper notification I can fill your spot very quickly. I do not make money if I’m not grooming. This week alone I had over $300 in no-shows and that’s money out of mine and my family’s pocket. It is unacceptable to no-show in any profession and grooming is not excluded from that.
This is not negotiable.

☀️ Summer reminders ☀️
As everyone knows summer is a very busy season for groomers! I’m currently booking about 3 weeks out for any appointments with a growing cancellation list. If you are not a customer that books for the year, please try to make an appointment before your pup is in need.

It is also flea and tick season!
I am now in a building with another business that has several dogs at any given time. To avoid any flea problems, any dog with fleas will automatically be washed in a flea and tick shampoo at an additional $7 charge.

Additionally, I am a one woman show! I run The Doggie Salon single handily and it’s a busy season, my schedule is full and every second counts. With that being said I cannot return every phone call immediately. I try my best between dogs, but I may have to wait until the end of the day.

I will NOT be offering any walk-in services during the summer months. Please text or call to set up a time for nails or sanitary trims.
