🖤 Capone is searching for his perfect forever home!
This handsome boy is a 7-month-old AKC registered black brindle point Great Dane looking for a very special family. I will be extremely selective about where he goes and am in no rush to place him. He will remain with me until the right home comes along.
Capone spent his puppyhood in a guardian home, but unfortunately his guardian experienced some unexpected health issues that made it difficult to get him out and about as much as originally planned. Because of this, he missed out on some important socialization opportunities during his early months. Through no fault of his own, he can be a little reserved when meeting new people or experiencing new environments. Since returning to me, I have spent a lot of time working with him on socialization and confidence-building, and he has made tremendous progress.

• Walks beautifully on a leash

• Does well around chickens and other animals
Capone absolutely thrives with other dogs and gains a lot of confidence from them. He really comes out of his shell when he has a canine friend around, so I would strongly prefer a home with another friendly, confident dog.
He adores women and forms very strong bonds with his people. He can struggle with separation anxiety and prefers to be close to those he loves, so he will do best with a family willing to continue helping him build confidence and independence. In return, you’ll have one of the most loyal and loving companions you could ask for.
Capone is a sweet, goofy young Dane who has all the fun puppy energy without the hassle of potty training. He simply needs a patient family willing to give him a little time to settle in and show them what an amazing dog he truly is.
Again, I will be very selective about where he goes. He deserves a home that understands him and is committed to helping him continue to grow and thrive.
